Every week, I will provide you with a Weekly Family Activity Plan filled with daily ideas and activities to increase your family’s activity level. I also provide motivational techniques to help ensure your family actually sticks with the plan. As an added bonus, I will inform you of events occurring in your local community (for example, 5k walks) that the whole family can enjoy together.
