I will accompany you during your weekly grocery store trip to help you select the best, healthiest foods at the most affordable prices, then will help you get on top of the week by providing you with ideas for and assistance with start-of-the-week prep work that will make healthy weeknight meals extra quick and easy.
One-on-One Child Feeding Help Sessions
Do you struggle with feeding your child or children? Do you need some one-on-one help to develop strategies to deal with your biggest feeding problems?
I provide private consulting sessions during which I help you assess the nature of and solutions to the child feeding struggles you face. Within these sessions, I will tailor an action plan specific to your families issues and needs and will provide follow-up and feedback to ensure the plan is working for you. You can decide whether these sessions will take place over the phone, in the privacy of your own home, or at my office.

Healthy Eating Tutoring Sessions for Adults, Children or Families
Do you think a lesson on healthy eating would be helpful for you, your children or for the whole family? If so, I provide in-home tutoring sessions tailored to any age level.
 
For Adults:
If you feel clueless about what you should and should not be eating, I will provide a private lesson that will decipher the ever-changing field of nutrition and healthful eating sessions. Included with the course is a recipe booklet full of quick, easy, and affordable recipes that include the 15 Superfoods you should be including in  your diet.
 
For Children:
If you think your children would benefit from some kid-friendly nutrition and healthy eating lessons, I offer a child-focused version of my adult tutoring session. This course also includes a recipe booklet full of kid-friendly, healthy recipes.
 
For Everyone:
Would you like for the whole family to have a lesson in healthy eating? If so, I offer a fun family tutoring session where you and your children can learn how to cook and enjoy healthy foods together, and have a lot of fun while you’re at it!
